[AGA-mcm] Document Archive 2: Bylaws, History, Financials

I don't know if this is the most up-to-date bylaws doc, but it's the only 
one in my file.

I only seem to have one annual report doc; luckily it's 2002, the one I 
needed.

The third document here is a small article-like-thing from Dick van Hyfte 
that he sent me when I was doing my research for my 2003 "history" talk. 
I didn't use too much from it, actually.  But it's a record of sorts.
