I think we probably only would have agreed to the rights if we had some kind 
of indemnifaction from the authors saying that they would not move against 
AGA for any monies owed them from Dave. I really think that if we do 
anything other than walk away from this we are opening a can of worms where 
it will take a much bigger can to put them back.
