[AGA-mcm] Advertising in TFH and selling a book

Hey all,

I just talked with TFH about advertising in their magazine.  Here's the 
scoop, all prices are for a full year/12 issues of color ads.  We would have 
to pay for the first ad up front and then will be invoiced for the others.  
They're sending me a hard copy of any pertinant info, but I wanted to get 
the vitals out to chew on before that.

1C: $1441.57
2/3C: $1092.60
1/2C: $897.35
1/3C: $872.42
1/4:C: $855.80

Also, they're coming out with the book "The Simple Guide to the Planted 
Aquarium".  I got the SGt Freshwater Aquarium for my wife and found it to be 
a very good book.  The SG to Marine and Ponds are equally good and I thought 
it might be a worthwhile thing to look into selling copies of ...Planted... 
in the bookstore.  We would pay 50% suggested retail price, $8.97 per copy, 
with no minimum order.

interested.  FYI, the AGA did get mention in the book.
