Hmmmm, it is possible to include DVDs in mailed magazines.
. . . . . ;-)

We can tie all these ideas together if Erik gets a deal to
make a DVD of the book and we enclose the DVD *in* the
magazine at a special price for renewing members and the
magazine is enlarged to protect the disk.

Why, son, that's just crazy enough that it might . . . uh.
. . hmmm . . .no, I guess not.
