Hmmmm, it is possible to include DVDs in mailed magazines. . . . . . ;-) We can tie all these ideas together if Erik gets a deal to make a DVD of the book and we enclose the DVD *in* the magazine at a special price for renewing members and the magazine is enlarged to protect the disk.
