Already it's starrting. Like last year but without Amano to save us :-O ? They aren't asking for any specific help and are saying they aren't getting enough help? I've been in contact (with Tom and my replies I copy to DG and Kropp and the Advisory Committee) and offered help. But what is that they think they need from AGA that they don't have? If none of them have actually worked directly on planning and producing a convention, then they might be lost as to where to begin. Still no indication that anybody is leading them. If they are working by committee, without a leader and without direct experience, it's going to be a rough ride. The first thing they need to do is decide who is going to lead the effort. If they can't get a commitment to that, then I think they should reconsider their capabilities. sh _______________________________________________ AGA-mcm mailing list AGA-mcm@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-mcm
