However, April 1st was on the table as a drop dead date for
2005. If 2005 is off the table, I think they can have more
time to submit a proposal, a maybe a month to get their act
together? 

However, keep in mind that hotels might not promise banquet
pricing so far in advance. Any thoughts on that?
