Final draft of proposal/contract signed and back to us two weeks after we agree, say May 1st?
Advertising plan by May 1st.What else goes into this? I've only been in on the last two months of the past two conventions and don't know much about the front-end stuff. At this point I think SFBAAPS needs to put up the front money for all this to insure that they're financially committed to getting it done.
If y'all want to have an informal AGA thing, this year Charlotte would be an awesome place. :)
