Hey Erik, I don't see a problem with you taking care of this guy and even fixing the master so that any new sales have the Amano delay fixed. However, I think you are holding yourself to a little to high of a standard by saying you now have to replace all of the other disks sold. The AGA is not GM we do the best we can to offer these videos. If they are not perfect well that is life, we have no need to do a recall at our own expense. The reality is that your vidoes are a hell of a lot better than anything else out there. We did not hire a professional production company, you did this out of your own goodwill. Noone else has complained and who is to say (other than you) that there was not a problem with the master as is so often the case on club recorded videos. I understand you wanting to make it as good as you can but in my opinion considering the overall quality and value you get with the video I don't think this is a major issue. It certainly is not anything you should feel compelled to do. Regards, Larry --- Erik Olson <erik@thekrib.com> wrote: > The guy wrote back and said "take your time."
