RE: [AGA-mcm] "Article" about convention 2005 or lack thereof

Questions I can see others asking us:

1. Why is there no con in 2005?

2. What benefits will there be for a 2006 con?

3. Where will the 2006 con be?

4. Will there be any sort of AGA sanctioned event in 2005?

5. What about doing local/regional AGA sanctioned events every other year 
with a national con on off years?

6. If there is some potential trouble with using local groups to host/plan a 
convention why doesn't AGA head all the efforts and use local and non-locals 
alike to insure an annual show?

7. What actually has to be done in order for a club to get a successful bid 
and positive answer from the AGA?

8. What does the AGA want to have happen as a result of a convention?  Why 
do them in the first place?


I know there are some double dips there, but that's what I could come up 
with,
