I'm not sure about this but my understanding is that an ad
in print isn't especially effective unless it's repeated.
So sensible use of ad funds would mean some strategizing
about how, where, and for how long we advertize. 

Maybe Larry can suggest something if he can pull away from
that silly fish meeting thing TCA/ACA has going on ;-)
