I would re bill them....and if they don't pay then call,
or Phil or I
could call. But definitely they should and will likely
pay for what they
have already advertised.

Sorry folks. I've just been exposed to too much "bad
form"
business acts this week from a number of diff places,
including at work. So, in defense of Kent, I would like
to
point out that the letter *did not* come postage due.
I'd like to say this is all just tongue in cheek, but
I'm
biting down too hard on my tongue to get it into my
cheek.
