Quite likely nothing. The quality of a set of forums is
almost entirely a function of who the participants are.
Heck, they're all running the same one or two software
packages.

I think it will come up every 9 months.
I think we would have to have several moderators lined up
and maybe ask around if folks are interested in AGA forums
just to try to drum up some initial activity. I think it
could easily take a year or more for one get up enough
inertia to maintain an appreciable traffic level.
Some of those that say we should have forums -- are they
willing to step up and help or are they jsut "idea" people?
Or we could go the business route and by one of the
existing forums.
