From what I have seen, we'll need at least one Administrator that willtake care of creating forums, handling user problems, etc. In addition, there are several Moderators (though in my ignorance, I have no idea if they have to check each post or whether they just have ability to remove/edit material). I would ask Ray if he's interested in the administrator job.

Who is Ray Cone? The name is familiar but I can't place it. Do we know him well enough at this point to say he will be in it for the long-term? If so let's get him on board.I met him on the field trip bus at AGA2K3. He's from Austin, originally Phoenix. Last year at the convention he approached Karen about wanting a job, but we haven't been able to place him. We've been trying to keep in touch and I keep bothering people about him. I can't stand to see a perfectly good volunteer go to waste. He seems to be smart and dedicated.
