I think it is very important the we make it clear that we
only edit for profanity and close a topic when it's been
dead ended, beaten to death. Moral suassion, like Listmom
Cynthia uses on APD is better than editing. It also lessens
the liability issues. 

Moderators should say, "Let's chill out" rather than
directly controlling the content.

Also, we need a disclaimer that AGA does not endorse any of
the comments posted.
