[AGA-mcm] banner add

It's a slow afternoon, so I popped over to APC to see what's going on 
there.

Two things.  First, I read Phil's thread "What do you want from the AGA?" 
And yeah, the same handful of people answered as last time as to how we 
suck because all they get out of us is TAG & everything can be found 
elsewhere on the Internet except Amano & what's the point of that (though 
there are some interesting ideas as well...worth reading).

One side note is the NOBODY mentioned the aquascaping contest.  Perhaps 
that's because it's free, so it's not something one "gets" for their $20 
per year.  Ah well.

But the main point I wanted to bring up was that I saw our banner ad 
there.  You have NO idea it's the AGA when you see it.  It sounds like the 
forum is sponsored by a company called "Not just another fish tank."  I 
beleive Cheryl created this banner for being displayed full size at the 
bottom of general hobby sites or something, but for this pay-for-display 
case, we really should have something that more prominently displays our 
name and icon.
