Whereas the AGa will not be producing a convention in 2005
and
Whereas thus far no proposal has been submitted, in draft
or final form, by a local organization, to host a post-2005
convention and
Whereas the current gallery is no longer under the titled
Photographer's care and maintenance,
I move that we enlist an official AGA photographer at such
time as the need becomes imminent and candidates are
available and further move that
the title be now retired until such time as it can be
assigned to one of the aforesaid candidates.
