I think folks should decide for themselves which forums they accept positions on and that means someone we might pick might later join up on other forums. I doubt most folks will want to be resonsponsible on two diff sites. I'd try to decide on some (sub)forums and then see how many can be staffed, how the resources cash out. then take whatever we end up with. I wouldn't count BoD folks unless they specifically volunteer for a specific (sub)forum. Hey, what's the deal anyway? Is it a forum with subforums or a set of forums with many forums?
