I have known Cavan for a long time. We have traded plants and met up a few times for trips to "The Aquarium Center". I don't think he would be a problem just because he is on APC and Aquabotanic. If that is your only concern, I would be happy to call him and discuss with him what we would like from our "potential" moderators in our "possible" forum and see what he says. That being said, I agree that we don't need to many moderators just enough.
