It's a bigger deal for ACA speakers, they receive
remuneration. AGA only gives the folks a place to stay.
ASCAP certainly could come after folks using music without
permission. I've seen it done.
Lucas is much less likely to sue than, say, Disney, who
once sued his own mother for using the name "Disney" after
he trademarked it (I made that up, of course).
It doesn't become an issue until there is something of
value to fight over -- it's the value that one sues about.
