I've already let the mods know what they'll be responsible for when the 
invitation was sent out.  I feel secure that there will be enough activity 
from those folks to get things going and maintain the site, if that's what 
you meant by activity.

I hadn't envisioned the site staff being on the MCM list.  Rather they would 
have access to the AC, BOD and eachother through a private site staff area.
