Ray said he'd be willing to learn the software and has time to take care of 
those things.  I'm all for giving Jeff, Ghazanfar, and Ray Admin priviledges 
then letting the three of them divide the duties amongst themselves.  Jeff 
seemed especially willing to help with the software "building" of the site.

Since we already have a mock-up forum all I need to do is give the address 
to the mods.  From there we'll have a place to discuss all the site-relevant 
things with a minimum of emails and in a more organized and continuous 
manner.

I agree that we need to keep this from becoming yet another thing Erik 
handles.  What kind of work and time are we looking at to actually get a 
basic site up Erik?  Once we do that it's simply a matter of the staff 
modifying and beta testing everything before the site goes live.
