I made some further changes. We prett much lawyered it up
but we can continue to tweak the language more as we go,
but at this point, hopefully the mods will give a nod or
comment. It's important that they feel like they bleong to
what's being created and that we know what they want to do
so that we don't try and second guess them all the time
once things get going.
