The changes look good. I agree with the comment you
made about the wording of the section regarding AGA
members and postings but I am still unsure of how to
change it. I am certain we can find something that
conveys what we are trying to say in proper
"legalese".

I am also contemplating adding an indemnification
clause holding us harmless from anything that happens
in or as a result of the user's forum interaction. 

Anyways you are probably right about it being lawyered
up enough for now.

If Phil thinks it is OK I say we go ahead and bring in
the new players and get this party started.
