Good catch. First let me say that "will attempt to" means we don't promise we can pull it off. The bigger issue: There needs to be some tweaking but basically we want to reserve the right to do whatever we want (the second sentence) but not actually do whatever we want in practice. Otoh, we need to preserve the widest possible context for defense of our actions (second sentence). Otoh, we want to minimize how much responsibility we undertake for the content of the posts (first sentence). I'm not a lawyer; I only play one on IV. I write contracts at my paying job and I'm trying to apply as much of what I think is applicable as I can. We basically want to have this: We aren't responsible for anything anyone else does, which means we don't control the content, and we can do whatever we want with impunity -- if push comes to shove at some time in the future, whatever we have done was within our stated rights. > > > >CO2 listed twice. On Purpose?? Could be. Could be. Imo, the mods have to decide what the forums are by signing-up to mod them. If there ain't no mod, there ain't no forum. Maybe a prospective mod wants to put on something else. 'S'okay. _______________________________________________ AGA-mcm mailing list AGA-mcm@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-mcm
