>Seriously though congrats Phil!!!!
Thanks guys, I really appreciate your support. These past few years of
school have put a lot of stress on my marriage and have taken some serious
soul searching to get through. There have been times this past year where
I've just felt like crawling into a hole and crying "It puts the lotion on
its back" kind of hole. I know I haven't been very available to the group
lately and the stuff I've taken on hasn't been done in the most timely
manner. I can't express how much your understanding and kindnesses have
helped me, especially this past semester. Thank you!!
This next semester is going to be even worse, FYI. Along with a full 17
credits of classes I have the "priviledge" of starting my research full
swing next semester. I may fall off the face of the planet from Jan to
May.
This morning I was walking down the halls of the Earth Sciences Dept and
the Dept. Head, Grad Coordinator, and a former prof of mine were standing
in the hall talking. Apparantly my prof had been bragging on my GRE score
and they all said "Get your application in NOW!". Hearing them say that
and knowing that I'm already accepted makes all the stress, worry, and
grief worth it.
Well, enough out of me,
Phil
