Well, I figure that either his customers ignore the links he is providing, or, once at our site, they are not joining.

If they are ignoring our links, one reason may be that they believe that they can get all the knowledge & fellowship they need online.

If they are going to the web site, they have at least indicated interes. Why not join?

I think a PAM (yes, Scott, with a sticker) and a nice brochure, with a cheap paper notice about the forum, would be just the ticket. Tangible proof that AGA membership is worth something.
