I have short step 3' ladder, an 8' and a 15', want one of those?  15' would be 
hard to fit in the vehicle so be sure you need it if that's the one you want. 
Or, I can help with Karen's ladder; I can even carry hers in my van from her 
place to NEC.
 
I don't have a 2nd tripod but sounds like Karen can cover you there.
 
I have painter poles -- you know, you screw a brush or roller on the end and to 
telescopes so long you say, why the heck did I agree to paint this room. I have 
a couple of those (guess I'm an agreeable guy whenit comes to painting ;-)   ).
 
Anything else you'd rather not carry on the plane? Batteries?

I can definitely bring the tripod.  I have a beast of a Manfrotto 
studio-type trupod that Dave bought me.  It's sturdy as all heck, but I 
don't use it much because it's a beast to carry around!<g>

How long a ladder do you need?  I can probably bring that too, as long as 
Scott can help me get it in and out of the car.

I don't have a broom handle with out a broom attached, and the broom would 
smell like horses.  But if Scott or David doesn't have one, we can always 
pick one up on this end.
