[AGA-mcm] new aquascaping contest leader?

Cheryl indirectly reminded me that one of my "things" I mentioned as part 
of retiring as AGA pres was also retiring from the aquascaping contest. 
This means if there is a desire to continue this contest, someone will 
need to be found to take the reins.  I appreciate the help Scott gave the 
last two years writing copy and posting on forums, but we actually need 
someone who will want to own it.

I am not sure of the best way to proceed on this, and whether it makes 
sense to try and find someone close to the AGA who may want to keep things 
the same vs. one of those darned "forum people" who will want to change 
everything around, but I do think it shouldn't be a "newbie riding in the 
back of a car" chosen at random by their predecessor fifteen minutes after 
meeting them.

I am still willing to handle the technical aspects (running the website) 
if the new owner wishes, but I will not oversee the direction of the 
contest any more.
