LOL! "I can't fire me, I quit!" Yes, I think that either way it should be a one-time agreement. I'm not rabid about paying someone if we can find a volunteer. I'm just offering it up for discussion because volunteers who actually stick with a job for more than a month seem to be thin on the ground. Paying someone a flat fee or "per entrant" fee would make the worker take the job more seriously, and a little dedication is something we could truly use.
