Yes, but it might be only a few cents, depending on how much it weighs 
now. The postal rules have gone all wonky. They charge by the thickness 
of the envelope, not just on weight. The rates for domestic TAGs went 
down because they are charging more for the first ounce, and less for 
subsequent ounces.
