You're telling me!  I went to mail the box of TAGs to Diana "bound printed 
matter" and they told me the rate had been eliminated because it didn't 
make any money.  But the guy said next time I should cram as many as I can 
into a flat rate priority mail box because it was now the cheapest way to 
mail books and magazines.  He was right.  It cost me a buck or so more to 
mail it in my own box Parcel Post.
