November '10, '11, or '12 - whichever the AGA wants. If November of 2010, then we'll need to get the ball rolling with the hotel pretty soon. There are plenty of hotels around, but the ones we'd like to use fill up fairly quickly. They're already booked for spring of '10 (proms, graduation parties, weddings, conventions). Do we have any convention guidelines (room nights, hotel space needed for vendor room, silent or regular auction, speaker rooms, etc.)?
