[AGA-mcm] Quotes for moss book

Here are some quotes for a moss book from the people who print TAG. The 
lower-priced one is more of a "booklet", i.e pages stapled together like 
TAG is but with only two colors and lots fewer pages. This would be very 
rudimentary, informative but not flashy at all, maybe $5.00 or so.

The higher-priced one is for a full-blown, full color book. This I think 
is more along the lines of Stephan's original proposal and not 
surprisingly, double the size of TAG is roughly double the price. 
Something like that could easily sell for $15.00 or so.

So now we know the extremes, and maybe Scott can put his beanie on and 
do some figuring as to profits and so forth.
