If we choose to go electronic for the digest (as suggfested by Tomoko and
others), would it be possible to set up multiple password access to each issue,
and to track the number of times the digest is accessed by password? That way,
we could disable anyone who is abusing the password access by disallowing the
abusers' access to future issues.
