Bill,

Check out www.litemanu.com or www.ecogrow.com for US suppliers.  You'll 
likely need to call and ask for dry chemicals but they do have them.  I was 
able to get away with a 5lb box of Potassium Sulphate (K2SO4) from 
ecogrow.com and then found the rest at stores in my town.

For Phosphate (PO4) use a Fleet Enema: Eckerd's or CVS
Nitrate (NO3): Grant's Stump Remover: Home Depot
Potassium (K): K2SO4: www.ecogrow.com
Iron and Traces: Flourish Iron and Flourish.
