Yes, I know the secret but it is not much of a secret ;-). Since Bladdrwort is a higher plant (macrophyte) you can't really defeat it through nutrient limitation as you can an algae. You just have to continually remove it every time it shows up. In a big tank it can take a long time and an even longer amount of patience but eventually you will persevere.
