Hi Ken,

The judges do normally see the title and all the information that everyone else sees when the contest opens for viewing, EXCEPT the name of the entrant (plus their other personal info) and photographer credit. SO yeah, it's always kind of difficult when someone injects either their own copyright in the photo, or sticks their name in the description and captions. I usually edit it to remove the references.

That said, the judges have generally been good about ignoring personal biases.
