I heard from the international mailer that TAG 18-3 was received by them
on August 30, and mailed out on September 6th, because in the US the
first Monday in September is Labor Day, a national holiday during which
no one labors, which has always puzzled me. :-)
So our non-US members should get their issues within 10 - 14 *working*
days of Sept. 6, or by Monday the 26th. Please let me know if you do not
get it by the first of October.
