I think this is an excellent idea.  Let me put a little thought into
possible candidates.

I know that you don't know Ted well, Neil.  The vehemence of my response
only reflects the fact that I do know him... too well.  People change with
time, and it is always possible he's turned over a new leaf, but it will be
a long while before I will be able to overlook his past behavior.
