Should we be voting on this here? If so, I'll
make the following motions. We can vote on the issues separately if that
works better.
1. I move that we allow Charlene to arrange for the
TN Aquarium staff to produce audio tapes of any conference speakers who
agree. Future appropriate uses of these tapes will be decided by SC
vote.
2. I move that we give one set of these tapes to
John Glaser with the written agreement that the tapes are not to be duplicated,
and are for use only for his local aquatic plant club and its
members.
3. I move that we accept his $1000 donation toward
the conference, and that we send him a BIG thank you note.
4. I move that we allow Erik to video tape any
conference speakers who agree. These tapes are to remain in Erik's hands
and may be accessed by the AGA for purposes agreed to by the Steering Committee
at a later date, but will otherwise only be for his private use.
