I vote yes on #1 and 4. I am willing to do this because this does not
commit me or the AGA to anything at this time. However, I would like to
hear some discussion on #2 and 3 before I cast my vote on those issues.
(sorry that I did not respond immediately) I think that "call for
discussion" is appropriate or even required by Roberts Rules after a motion
is 2nded. 

I would like to better understand a few things. 
I surmise from John's discussion with Charlene that his donation is
intended to defry the cost of making tapes.... with the clear implication
that he will get a set for his club... but also to help other clubs.
Therefore it seems to me that once we accept his conditional donation, and
we give a copy to Madison, then we are also committed to give or sell one
to other organizations. Then when he nicely asks, will we then be expected
to give him a copy of the video or CD... which in turn means that we are
expected to sell the videos or  CDs?
