That's exactly why I wrote those motions the way I did.  I think, if we are
going to audio tape the conference, we can also decide to GIVE John a copy
with the understanding that it is to be used only for his local group.

As far as the donation is concerned, I would want to make it clear to John
that he is _not_ "buying" the tapes. But I don't think that was his intent
anyway, based on his E-mail.  I think we can take him at his word that he
wants to help the AGA out with a worthy cause.

As far as a CD is concerned, I wouldn't hold my breath, but if we made one,
I wouldn't be opposed to giving him one of those too, if we decided to make
them available to the public.  Same with a video tape.  But I think we need
to think long and hard before we offer either CD's or videos of the
conference to the public any time in the forseeable future.  As Charlene has
mentioned, we don't want to dilute interest in coming to the live event.

I'd just like to see someone who as worked as hard as John has to promote
the hobby rewarded and encouraged for his efforts by the AGA.
