It sounded last night as if this was what she was intending to do, but I
leave it up to her and those of you who understand the details to decide
whether or not it is do-able.  If we can't make the decision to do it within
a day or two, though, Erik is right that we at least need to tell Dave G.
that, thank him _profusely_ for his offer, and say that there is no reason
for him to hold up his production if we can't make a decision fast enough to
accomodate his schedule.

We can tell him that when we decided what we're doing, he is more than
welcome to decide whether it is in the best interest of his readers to
include something in PAM or not.  Mike is right that this is not the end of
the world either way.  We just owe Dave an answer and a "thank you", one way
or the other.
