Not mine, just James' input.  He's taking care of all things TAG-related,
and I'm just advising.  I'm forwarding to him as well.

James, summary: In discussing options on the steering committee for
dealing with PAM/TAG agreements, I made the suggestion of combining the
next two TAGs and publishing them sometime in between, but later than
right now.  Neil has asked Mary.  Mary replies below.  Neil quotes Mary,
asks me to handle.  Me forward to you.  Me up until 3 AM last night, very
tired and incoherent, sorry.
