So it seems fairly clear that all of us would like this article to be
published in TAG.

Again, what do we do about Mary?  Do we explain the situation and ask her
to apologize to Claus and Ole, and publish the article?  And if so, who
will volunteer to speak for us here?  I will do it as part of my chair
duties if nobody else offers to.
