Seems to me that Karen has made it very clear to us about Claus' policies of
a) letting any legitimate source publish his articles and b) that he does
not take $$ for his articles. These both seem to me to be worthy positions,
ones which we should actively support.
Mary can still publish the CO2 article, and she does not have to give any
kind of acknowledgement to it being published first in PAM.
The number of good folks involved in our hobby is sufficient;ly small, and
life sufficinetly short, that I don't think we should dwell on this too
long.
