If he sends one more complaint, we should refund his $15 and get him out of our hair. Was my letter nice? It didn't feel nice to me. I guess it wasn't nasty, so maybe that makes it nice. I never once said anything like "I understand how you feel"... He does have an interesting point, which is that nowhere on the website (that I could find in a quick skim) does it say what your membership actually GETS you.
