Free PAM thing - motion

OK, I'm being a little slow... one week ago I spoke to Dave briefly about
the "Free PAM for AGA members", and he thought it a good idea & will pay
the postage himself to mail the free issues.  So I thought I'd do an
official motion here:

I move we allow Dave to send a free sample copy of PAM to all AGA members
who aren't already receiving PAM.  We will furnish Dave with a set of
current mailing labels.  Dave should indicate somewhere in the mailing
(via insert, perhaps?) that this is a free one-time gift from PAM and the
AGA (so that our membership isn't confused as to why they're getting it).
