here is some info that may help solve the problem of the missing TAGs.
The sort between 1st class (for Canada and other countries) and bulkmail
(for US) is done by the mailing service. The fact that Dorothy has also not
received her issue strongly suggests that the problem is with the printer
or mailing service. Nevertheless, I still want to get them first class,
preferably in an envelope.--Neil
