Erik,

If we can get all the e-mail addresses from Jack, can we sign people up
automatically and tell them how to remove themselves from the list if they
choose?  Otherwise, it might be a LONG while before some of them even know
that the list exists.  If nothing else, I think we should at least try
sending a one-time mailing to them all inviting them to join.  Can this be
done automatically, or do we need to key all the e-mail addresses in? I'm
willing to do that if I have to, but it would take a long time!
